i bought a home made scooter frame probly 5 to 6 years a go and have done nothing with it other put a coat of paint i needs to go i been trying to get rid of stuff if no one intrested in the next 2 week im making a scrap run and it will be headed to the scrap yard please some one buy it i hate scraping stuff $10.00 is what i paid for it and would like to get the same if i could or make me an offer im located in orillia ontario canada

This is one big Briggs engine, it stands 21 inches tall.
Putting the finishing touches on my 84 puddle jumper build (see project post) and have the 5.5 clone ready to go. It occured to me that the thing is tight. Maybe not in a good way. I went to pull the cord and it was really hard. It turned over but, a little tougher than I thought it should be. New engine, never been started. crank case not full of oil. I might be just biased because I’m used to pulling the cord on the old 4 hp tec that is a million years old. (loss of compression?) any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Just dont want to be bummed out when i go to start it.
