Governor Adjustment
A lot of people ask “How can I make my doodlebug faster?” Click the picture above for the “Engine Speed Governor” adjustment. (There is also a “Starting the engine” segment @ 0:45 is when the governor adjustment part starts.)
The stock 98cc Lifan 2.8 HP Motor is generally not enough for most “big kids” who ride these bikes. So if a swap to a bigger engine isn’t in your budget, or technical ability… this adjustment can be made by anyone, and is very simple, and best of all FREE!
