This is Part 3 of how I converted my 97cc Baja Doodle bug Mini Bike over to a 6.5 HP motor mini bike. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are an experienced rider. I drill hole pattern in the engine mounting plate.

I wouldn't recommend this unless you are an experienced rider. I remove the original motor and begin preping the engine mounting plate.

This is how to increase your speed with the 97cc engine on the Doodle Bug, the Blitz and the Dirt Bug (all the same bike with different names) without tampering with the governor. All I had to make this slideshow with was Nero.

These are neat little machines. Top speed is between 15-20 mph. They have a 3.5 hp engine on them that takes off slowly. Very noticeable difference in take off and general power between this and the Baja Warriors which are 6.5 hp machines. Not made for bigger kids really but it will carry an adult if needed. I think it is rated to carry no more than 150 lbs officially. Great mini bike for beginners.
