Tan / Beige color paint on a doodlebug….
Please view this video BEFORE riding your doodlebug for the first time!
This video shows the importance of checking your ride out, before actually riding it!
Pre-Ride Check List
- Brakes
- Throttle
- Fuel Line (From Tank to Carb)
- Chain Slack
- Engine Mounting Bolts
- Oil Level
- Tire Pressure & Condition
- Wheel Nuts
- KILL SWITCH / ENGINE SHUT OFF
Always check your brakes, throttle and kill switch before riding.
This video outlines the removal of the doodlebug from the box, detailed instructions on fork assembly, adding the fenders, and installing the front wheel. It’s very important to keep your cables free of kinks and held on tightly with zip ties to the frame so they can’t catch on anything like tree branches, etc.
More doodlebug videos on their way….
A lot of people ask “How can I make my doodlebug faster?” Click the picture above for the “Engine Speed Governor” adjustment. (There is also a “Starting the engine” segment @ 0:45 is when the governor adjustment part starts.)
The stock 98cc Lifan 2.8 HP Motor is generally not enough for most “big kids” who ride these bikes. So if a swap to a bigger engine isn’t in your budget, or technical ability… this adjustment can be made by anyone, and is very simple, and best of all FREE!

Check out the custom header pipe on this bike!
